What else do I need?
The only other equipment you need is a room, a flip chart (or two) with paper and pens, some Blu-Tack™, several packs of Post-it Notes™, and your top team!  


Top-Team Preparation
Their pre-work is to review their situation within the organisation and have current knowledge of the competitive environment in which you operate.  We guide you on such tools as S.W.O.T and P.E.S.T. (or some like P.E.S.T.L.E.) and ‘Porter’s Five Forces’. 
You may want to do an internal audit or some market research to reduce the number of ‘unknowns’, reduce the number of assumptions made, and to reduce the risk in the decision-making process before running the workshop.
