riving Quality Initiatives In order to remain competitive in today’s fast changing world, all people need a thorough understanding of how to drive quality initiatives through their part of the organisation. It is fundamental to continual improvement. It applies equally well in manufacturing and service organisations as well as in professional services and the public sector. This workshop focuses on achieving the culture change, building improvement teams, and measuring their effectiveness. It also looks at understanding the role of communication and training in driving quality initiatives. It aims to clarify how individuals can make a more valuable contribution to any quality initiative they are part of with the aim of improving the overall performance of the organisation.
