Objectives
To review the role of ‘session shakers’ in training environments To provide an outline of the outputs of the day To get delegates to think about the variety of ways that we learn new skills To evaluate each delegates’ preferred learning style To provide ideas for individuals to consider ways to improve their own learning and to use the ideas to build effective training events for others To review the three principal training interventions and to identify the place for each To understand recall and retention and use it to improve the way we design training courses To review how various activities can be used as metaphors in the workplace To understand how a systematic approach can improve the development of our own courses To understand how to evaluate training courses To enable delegates to establish a contract for their further learning! |
